Days 2, 4 and 6

This is the day in the gym. Use relatively light weights as the idea here is just pretty much get in more cardio, but we want to consolidate a litt weights to build lean muscle to replace the fat getting burnt off legs, butt, chest, arms etc.

Deadlifts: 4 x 25

Back squats: 4 x 35

Clean and press: 4 x 15

Burpees: 4 x 15

Bench press: 2 x 15

Weighted sit ups: 3 x 15

Tucking crunches: 3x 20

This workout will give great fat loss, if you start to feel lacking in energy and permanently tired, cut back and have a day off once in a while. On the 7th day you should rest as well.
